When you first started noticing it growing on your chin and above your lip (actual black hairs not peach fuzz), did you notice if it grew fast once it reached that point? Or did it still take a while to actually be able to see it pretty good?Did you notice about your facial hair growth?
Your still young in Puberty DONT START SHAVING if it isnt that noticeable from a goof distance if you shave what you dont have you will get RAZOR burns and it also will cut up face a little bit too cause its mostly on direct skin. Just wait awhile and be blad that your becoming a man. :DDid you notice about your facial hair growth?

Once you start getting black hairs above your lip, it seems to really start growing fast.
i agree with richard and innocent... they both bring up really good points, but for me it wasn't that noticeable i dunno why, but then all of a sudden my facial hair just started growing and i just started shaving.... you have to know your body, then you can decide on a course of action.....
