I am a 5 months pregnant woman an I unknowingly went for a facial treatment using galvanic current.Later i came to know that it is harmful for the foetus. Now i am in a constant state of fear. Will it cause birth defect or miscarriage? Please help....I m 5 months pregnant and recently during facial my beautician used galvanic current. is my foetus safe?
most likely one treatment wont hurt. Obviously don't do it again (duh) and mention it to your doc at your next visit, or if you are really worried call in the morning. There is nothing you can do now so worrying will not help and its important to be calm and relaxed while pregnant. I personally have never heard of one round of anything (other than drugs like cocaine) hurting a fetus. It is typically from prolonged exposure. This is not to say you can try anything once while pregnant just to say don't beat your self up. Good luck!
Edit: I just did a little research on this and found it only to be ';not recommended'; during pregnancy which means they don't know for sure it will harm the fetus. Still don't do it but yes try and relax, and you should call the person who did your facial and let her know she isn't practicing safely!I m 5 months pregnant and recently during facial my beautician used galvanic current. is my foetus safe?
No worries. It likely won't cause birth defect or miscarriage. Just don't do it again.
Good luck.
i dont know but they are suppose to ask everytime they give you a facial!

I'm a girl, how can I grow facial hair?
I'm a young female-to-male transsexual. I want to grow facial hair. I have full support of my parents so anything requiring their consent is fine. I've considered trying Rogaine or something but I hear it rarely works on facial hair and can give you acne. Help!I'm a girl, how can I grow facial hair?
If you are an FtM, then you have never *been* a girl, just merely pretended to be because that is what others expected. TSs are not men who choose to be women nor women who choose to be men. They are normal people of the gender they say they are who were born with the wrong parts.
Rogaine and all those regrowth drugs will not work. You have to have already had hair where it is applied. You will need testosterone or similar androgens. Yet doctors might not give it to you at your age. They might give you drugs to block periods, but that is about all they will probably do. And yes, even testosterone can give you acne. It is hard to get around the acne part.I'm a girl, how can I grow facial hair?
Testosterone in the form of pills would help a female grow facial hair. It fills the body with male hormones which promotes the growth of facial hair.
Skin ID for acne
and guys hair growth shampoo just shapoo your face or they might have other stuff I know there is stuff for hair growth lol
Go to the doctor an receive male hormones to stimulate facial hair growth
go to the doctor and have them put you on some male hormone therapy.
then, start shaving your face, so you get a thick stubble going
Take male hormones, possibly from your doctor?
Shave. my friend was trying to grow facial hair she she shaved and it actually worked.
Don't - it will come soon enough!! And then you'll wish it hadn't....
take male hormones..testosterone,it will help you with much more
Just put soap on ur face, and shave it :)
and it will come like a boys facial hair..

How should facial Hair be control?
Okay as u can see im a 19 yr old female and I'm like getting alot of facial hair I didnt pay it no mind at first I mean just doing a little plucking and waxing but now its getting bad and I dont wanna shave and look liike a man. I need help in a really cheap way because I'm tired of hiding behind heavy make-up. What should I do ......... HELP........ Thanks :)How should facial Hair be control?
I prefer waxing - it might be painful until you get used to it but it lasts longer. You should not shave your face because then I think you'd only make it worse. You could also buy bleaching creams for the hair, but in my experience, they caused more irritation than tweezing and waxing combined. You could also go to a doctor - a lot of facial hair could be a symptom of a hormonal imbalance that's easily fixed with cerrain types of birth control pills. That's actually what I did and worked the best. But I think the cheapest solution is waxing.
Hope it helps! How should facial Hair be control?
If the waxing doesn't help, then maybe electrolysis should be considered. A woman must NEVER shave her face!!!!!! Tweeze the facial hair but never shave. I tweeze a little facial hair three times weekly. I don't mind it because I don't like waxing.
can i suggest finding doctors that control facial hair? there are doctors like that.
Tweezing and wax strips from Boots are the best answers here - unless you know somebody with an electrolysis/laser kit.
bleach it. try jolen. its cheap and works well
Get the facial hair waxed or get laser treatment. Waxing is cheaper and does a great job.mineral foundation

When our facial pores are more open?
i live in a tropical country? may i ask when my pores in the face are more open? is it when i wake up? during noon time? afternoon? nightime? When our facial pores are more open?
I know my pores open up when I put warm water on my face supposedly. And they close if I wash again with cold water after getting out the bacteria with an exfoliating cream.
Do ultrasound facial massages do anything for the skin?
my mom bought sometime ago this ultrasound facial massager that supposedly reduces lines and freckles and all that. question: has anyone tried this? does it work at all? seems bogus to me that frequencies will make your fat melt and reactivate collagen in skin. or is it possible?Do ultrasound facial massages do anything for the skin?
my grandmother used one
it didnt work
they're just moneybustersDo ultrasound facial massages do anything for the skin?
Ultrasound appliances are used in physical therapy to stimulate blood circulation under the skin and to produce deep tissue massage for muscles. Ultrasound facial massage appliances accomplish similar results. A positive outcome from increased blood circulation is that toxins are more readily expelled by the body. This helps overall skin condition.
It does not remove/reduce freckles, lines, or scars.

Any good facial moisturizers?
Okay, I have small blackheads and UBER dry skin. Plus, I live in a dry state! Please help me find a moisturizer that will moisturize really well, and not clog my pores. Thanks for any info!Any good facial moisturizers?
I recommend using jojoba oil to moisturize your skin. While a lot of people are afraid of using oil on their skin because they think it'll cause them to break out, jojoba oil is perfectly safe to use! It's the most similar to human sebum, meaning it's almost like natural skin oil. I use a few drops of it in the morning and at night, sometimes in the place of my moisturizer.
http://beauty-treatments.suite101.com/ar鈥?/a>
You can buy jojoba oil at Trader Joe's for about $7 for a bottle that will last you almost a year, or vitacost.com!
If you don't want to use jojoba oil, Aveeno comes highly recommended from my dermatologist.Any good facial moisturizers?
try cetiphil and try tree tea oil on those blackheads or ambi
i use cetaphil because it works well, not great, but it doesn't clogs pores either
well, i use jergens because my face gets really dry. its called jergens face cream and it works so good. it also helps clear blemishes and removes make up. it's the best i have tried and it's pretty cheap

At what age do people generally first notice facial wrinkles due to aging?
More specifically in men...At what age do people generally first notice facial wrinkles due to aging?
First of all, men tend to wrinkle later than women due to the exfoliation process of shaving. This of course does not apply to the forehead and brow areas. Age of wrinkles appearing depends on many things......climate you live in, type of skin you have and hereditary factors. A few fine forehead lines might be noticed in the mid twenties or not appear until the late thirties. At what age do people generally first notice facial wrinkles due to aging?
ok that is like gross..but if you go out with someone hot like me you wont get aged..lol..not kidding even ask my old boy frien...aka..gramps..
in your twenties is when it really begins - you might not notice it for a while yet - but it does!
everything slows down anyway once you hit your late teens and wrinkles (especially on hand and face) tend to happen in the twenties - e.g. scarlett johannson started using anti-wrinkle products when she hit her twenties - personally i think thats a bit much (using anti-wrinkle products so early on) but moisturising is a must if you want to keep your skin young!!

What can i do about dark unwanted facial hair without having to shave it with a razor .is there a solution????
it is what some women call old woman hair but i am not even forty yet is there a cheap permanent solution? What can i do about dark unwanted facial hair without having to shave it with a razor .is there a solution????
Bleaching is the best option...ita painless n a better solution then waxingWhat can i do about dark unwanted facial hair without having to shave it with a razor .is there a solution????
You can get it lazered off. That is the only permanent solution. Sally Hansen makes a wax strip you can use and that lasts for weeks I believe. You can get that at drug stores in the hair removal department.
i don't know if this is permanent..... but maybe you could try waxing it??? idk if that would be permanent or not but it is a lot easier than shaving it off with a razor.....
laser, but it's not cheap and some places do not get all the hair! I had this done and I suggest going to someone that charges a flat rate until all the hair is gone. The doctor also told me that if you wax or pluck, three hairs will come back in it's place. She said it was best to shave.
bleach is the best way or you can do waxing....Permanent option is laser, which really benefit, ppl having thick dark coarse hair...........good luck
laser treatment
You can bleach it.
I WOULD BLEACH IT
nothing last but laser work...look up www.innovativepharmacy.com there they sell a wand, low volume laser...they are the best...only cost around 150.00 good luck....
lazer hair sergery or something it isn't cheap, but it does the job.
There is no cheap permanent solution, unfortunately. Laser hair removal is permanent however, it is very costly. You can try waxing or threading. There is a depliatory cream that you can put on your face or body, and the chemicals pull the hair out however, there is an unpleasant odor and the chemicals aren't that great for your body; same with the chemicals in bleach. And then, there is plucking. I have this tool that is really helpful. It is a depilatory machine, which is a small machine that plucks unwanted hair that is gentle enough even for your face. You just plug it in, and it works its magic. You can purchase it at local retailers, such as: Personal Edge. It is about $70 for the brand Philips, but I think it is worth it since you will use it regularly and leaves the skin soft. The hair that grows out is soft and thin because unlike shaving, it plucks the hair from its roots. It is very innovative and once you buy it, you won't regret it. Choose a solution that is suitable for you, whether it is threading, waxing, bleaching, or laser, because only you know what is best for you. Good luck!
You can buy facial bleach and try that or wax. You can also try electrolysis.
Remember none of these are permanent, they have to be repeated every so often.
you could thread it, bleach it, wax it, do laser there are plenty of options depends which is comfortable for u, but plz dont shave it it makes them worser
i think there are some creams that u can use for those.. it actually kinda like dissolves it. and the other is by bleaching it. i dunno what is the brand bec i only saw it on little brit.
dont shave it, you'll end up looking like u have a 5 o'clock shadow.
wax it
wax it
NADSS it it will be gone for a while
a product like nair is great, if you aren't allergic. much less painful than waxes, sticky substances, harsh depilatory powders, etc.
I've heard that there's a special ointment that you put onto your skin and I guess it takes it off. It's called Anair. My cousins use it and they say it's pretty great. You have to put lots of lotion on it though.
try waxing it.....shaving it will make it go but it will grow back darker and thicker! whether as waxing will gradully make it go!mineral foundation

Is facial breakout and stomach bloating a sign of ovulation? I no its sign of period but what about ovulation?
Not necessarily ovulation. Sign of period and pregnancy, yes. But ovulation is usually accompanied by sharp or churning pains in your ovaries.
hope this helps:)

What facial cleanser do you use and do you feel it's any good?
I actually vary mine every few days because my skin gets used to it and it doesn't work as well... I use about 4 different ones. A new one like every 3 days.
I use Olay thermal cleanser
St. Ives Apricot scrub
Olay anti aging
Noxema.
I think they are all good. As I said though, my kind gets used to using them and they don't do as well... but when I rotate them... I don't really break out. What facial cleanser do you use and do you feel it's any good?
Clean and Clear Deep Cleansing Cream... It works great! What facial cleanser do you use and do you feel it's any good?
i use ponds cold cream to remove my makeup, then a cetaphil bar to wash my face. something else that i love is St.Ives apricot scrub. you should get that, it smells so good
i use a product called Nuertogena, facial wash its very good, and it does not dry my skin out.
Cetaphil, Murad, and Philosophy!
Aveeno or Clean and Clear or Neutrogena or St. Ivans apricot scrub
Well I have really dry skin, so if your skin is oily then I don't recommend this product. It's called Pure Melt Cleansing Gel (Clarins). It's really cool. It starts out as a gel and then when you rub it into your skin, it turns into an oil cleanser. It's great for removing waterproof make-up. HOWEVER, you definitely would need to do a separate exfoliation a couple of times a week...it's not really good for that.
CETAPHIL - ITS GREAT!
purpose- the best. hands down. its more gentle than water but cleans great! good for all types of skin even sensitive, :]
Philosophy's cleanser, it's called Purity. I love it, I tried so many cleansers from drug store to high end and nothing compairs to this stuff. It's very worth it.
Juice Organics brightening cleanser. You can find this at CVS. LOVE IT! plus it has no harmful ingredients
i just washed mines and now it feels so dry ..ugh.
I love Clearasil... http://bettyvintage.blogspot.com/
Anything Neutrogena, Olay, Clean and Clear, etc... You need to find what works best for you. Do you have oily skin or dry skin? Do you wear lots of makeup or minimal? Etc... You need to know what kind of wash you need, a deep clease or light? Something to help with oiliness or to help to moisturize your dry skin. Just try things. Sometimes you can get small sample sizes of stuff, especially travel size stuff. Just find what works for you. But I definitely recommend anything Neutrogena, Olay, or Clean and Clear, for sure.
Hope this helps! :) God Bless.
At the moment I'm using Aveeno (the kind for dry skin) and it seems to be doing everything it says it is..no dry tightness afterwards, takes off all my makeup and I feel squeaky clean too.
Neutrogena Scrub.
I get a tingling feel and it leaves it soft afterwards.

Can doing a lot of cardio (say running over a mile everyday) bring out facial feautures on my face? I still?
have a bit of fat on my face. im 17 by the way. Im asking cause ive noticed that many athletes have stronger facial features and i was wondering if exercise was a part of the reason for that. Can doing a lot of cardio (say running over a mile everyday) bring out facial feautures on my face? I still?
The fat on your face is a part of the fat over your entire body.
Runners who have strong facial features do so because they have lower fat percentages over the entire body.
If you exercise and lose fat then you will also lose fat in your face.
Exercise and diet, that is the total amount of calories you consume along with the calories you burn determine whether or not you lose or gain weight.
Exercise is a part of the reason for the lean facial features. Can doing a lot of cardio (say running over a mile everyday) bring out facial feautures on my face? I still?
There are special facial exercises which needs to be done for giving shape to your face.
Sometimes the face appears swollen after sleep, this is mostly due to the retention of water, which is giving the bulged look. Avoid drinking large doses of water or beer or any liquids just before going to the bed.

Can you tell a west african from a east african by looking at there facial features?
Yes.
You can tell white people apart this way as well.
Ever noticed Russians look sleepy? or that Swedish people always seem wide eyed? or even that Italian women have a funny kind of olive skin that wrinkles?
Works on everybody. Can you tell a west african from a east african by looking at there facial features?

NOPE,maybe lip size.

Is it true the more testosterone you have means you are quicker to grow facial hair? and if so how?
That is very possible. I'm guessing I have a lot of testosterone, but not too much. I have a really deep voice for being 16. And I have um... I'll need to make a list:
1. Mustache.
2. Goatee.
3. Sideburns
4. Chest hair (easily seen if you're close enough)
5. Pubic hair (I would hope I would have that at 16)
6. Armpit hair
7. ';Happy trail'; (the hair that's on your stomach... I have a lot of that)
8. Nipple hair
And the rest... well, I'll keep to myself. lol.
But testosterone is the male's growing chemical (I think). It's what turns a boy into a man. Just like how estrogen turns a girl into a woman.
So I think it's safe to say that the more testosterone you have, the more emphasized the manly traits will be (voice, hair on the face/body, etc.).Is it true the more testosterone you have means you are quicker to grow facial hair? and if so how?
The hormone testosterone stimulates body hair growth. Facial hair, under-arms, chest, pubic area. Too much testosterone actually causes the hair on the head to thin and causes balding. Ever notice how many pro football players are premature balding. All those extra steroids they are taking knocks out there hair(on their head). Is it true the more testosterone you have means you are quicker to grow facial hair? and if so how?
not always, it isn't that simple

Ever notice how many pro football players are premature balding. All those extra steroids they are taking knocks out there hair(on their head). Is it true the more testosterone you have means you are quicker to grow facial hair? and if so how?
not always, it isn't that simple

Does facial hair really grow thicker everytime somone cuts it?
iv heard of this happening but idk if its really true :DDoes facial hair really grow thicker everytime somone cuts it?
NOPE
it looks thicker initially because it hasn't been lightened by the sun, hair doesn't actually come in thicker. when it is short, its also rougher feeling - once it gets longer, its softer naturally

What oil is a good for a facial for dry skin?
Almond oilWhat oil is a good for a facial for dry skin?
Jojoba and coconut are excellent. To heal dry skin it's best to thoroughly massage so it gets absorbed into skin. That will immediately stop the dryness. You do not need to remove. After applying simply splash face with water and then dab dry with tissues. It's good to apply morning and night.

Facials suck out all of the impurities in your face and leave your skin feeling so nice. (I get one done every 4 - 5 weeks, no joke.) They can remove any blemishes in a away that won't inflame your skin. What exactly is the point of a facial? I mean, what does it achieve for the skin?
come over to my house and i'd be glad to give you a facial to show you how glowing your skin will become from the protein treatment
It depends on your skin type. If your skin is oily you would want one that make it less oily. At my age that is not a problem. I go for the ones for dry skin. It adds softness and a smoother feel to it, and makes lines less visible.
They are also good for the circulation for your face.
depending on the type of facial you can deep clean pores, freshen the skin, remove dead skin and dirt, minimize pores, and moisturize your skin. when you are finished, your skin should feel smooth and soft
it cleanses it like nothing else...especially if all ingredients are natural
Melon, it opens up your pores and cleanses them. It circulates your skin to make it more radiant and feeling great. It exfoliates the dead skin cells to have the new shine thru.

Semen does wonders on the face. It really clears those pores!

Biore pore refining strips and theyre heating mask! after i use the strips i can barely see my pores!Best facial products/remedies to reduce pore size and clear up acne?
Clean and Clear cleanser and toner. They contain salicyllic acid, and if you can't get them try something else with that. Also keep a benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid gel on hand for when the zits show up.
For the pores use a scrub about twice a week, and the Clean %26amp; Clear will help with them too.
Well I use Clinique to wash my face. Also, ambi works for my skin too. I think that you could use those products. And don't like touch your face or anything. And you should use facial lotion to moisturize your skin
idk if you have ever heard of the store coborns but thay have this lavander soap there and it is the best thing you can use for acne.

Whats a good home recipe for a facial?
i want to give my self a facial but i need to use everyday at home ingrediants. help?Whats a good home recipe for a facial?
there's a really simple one that includes ordinary ingredients that you can find at home. what you have to do is rinse your face with really warm water to open up pores. then mix lemon juice with honey until it is a bit runny. then apply to face and leave on for about 5 minutes. then wash off. what the lemon does is it goes into the opened pores and clean everything out. and the honey seals the clean pores so more dirt and dust don't enter, leaving you really clean and refreshed. it's a simple homemade facial that anyone can do!Whats a good home recipe for a facial?

Well, this isn't organic but Cetaphil is a good moisturizer and they have a sensitive skin formula as well.

Need some guys opinions on women with facial piercing?
Okay so my friend and I are having a debate. He says most men dont find women with facial piercings attractive (unless they obviosuly, have peircings themselves) AND also thinks that I should take my newly pierced lip ring out.
Now at the risk of sounding incredibly vain I have given a link to a pic with the piercing and without.
I wanna two things, 1. Is a woman with a face piercing less attractive compared to one without and 2. Which looks better on me?
No nasty, mean comments please =) This is just meant to be for fun! Nevertheless- HONEST opinions please!

http://i229.photobucket.com/albums/ee31/鈥?/a>Need some guys opinions on women with facial piercing?
Personally I don't find facial piercings attractive.
In your case, I suggest that you do what makes you happy. Who cares what a bunch of guys here thinks? If you like the lip ring, and it makes you happy, don't worry about what other people think of you, if men will find you attractive, etc...
My wife wants to get a tattoo, and personally I don't like them, but I'm not going to tell her not to get one simply because I don't like them, I want her to do what makes her happy.
So think about what is going to make you happy before you decide to take out your lip ring.Need some guys opinions on women with facial piercing?
The answer is ';B';.
Lip piercings have one purpose. They say loudly ';hey look at me, I'm doing something, c'mon look at me, look at me!!!';. I have never been attracted to lip piercings. A friend of mine got piercings, lip, tongue, eyebrows, when whe was a teenager. The one she had by her left eye got infected. She is now in her 30s, a mother, and still very pretty, but she is permanently scarred from that piercing. You can still see the little marks from the lip piercing as well. As a guy, I find no piercings attractive. Note, I exempt a single ear piercing, because there aren't many attractive earrings available that aren't for pierced ears.
If that picture is actually of you, you have a cute face. A piercing attracts the eyes of the beholder away from the rest of your face.
1. I find women without facial piercing more attractive.
2. You look better without it
Well lets put it this way in form of tattoos, Kat Von D has a grip of tats and a bunch of stars on her face. I think she is hot. And her friend Pixie has dimple piercings in her cheaks i think shes hot also. it really depends on yourself impression though. I like it to a certain degree. there is a degree of ugliness that can occur if you go too far. and i like the ring in your lip. but just remember, its your body not theirs do what you want.
you look better without the face piercing. women that have piercings other than on the ears or have tattoos dont look attractive to me
I think that facial piercings are ok, but only if they are something really small, like one of those tiny nose-studs or earrings. You don't look ugly with your piercing necessarily, but you do look better without it.
Tattoos, on the other hand, are always hot. :D
yea i like women w/o facial piercings unless i really like them then it wouldnt really matter

ya u look great .i think u have to do something with ur eyes like apply kajal and eyeliner.and always keep smiling. What facial features can i improve(pic included)?
Your nose looks oily, so I suggest using some blotting sheets throughout the day to get rid of the shine.
Have a professional shape your eyebrows.
You have big eyes, so get some sleep so you can look more awake.
Use a little concealer under the eyes.
Mascara and black eyeliner.
Straighten your eye or get some full curls. Just have it different form how you have it now.
Lipgloss.
Blush to add color or use some bronzer to contour your face and make it appear slimmer.
Hmm...your face looks like it has soft skin, but also a bit of breakout and extra fat that keeps it from looking as enthusiastic as it should. Omega-3 supplement and oxy-pads should give your skin's look a boost.
I know this sounds like a weird tip, but smiling a lot can help make your jaw stronger and help get rid of the fatty look. That and exercise, of course.
The main thing though...is to show more enthusiasm: smile, open your eyes...and, perhaps most importantly, give a ';flirty look';. The pic you took makes you look like an everyday mother more than the ';girl next door';. And, believe me, sassy-ness helps, your face needs to have a bit of a look that says ';I'm a bit aroused and I feel like having fun %26amp; not guilty about it';. One easy ';famous'; example of such a naughty ';cat that ate the mouse'; look: Ben Affleck. BTW, opening your eyes more obviously helps, but opening them and dilating your pupils so you look slightly aroused helps more.
I would say it's about half attitude, half looks. But if you look sassy but not overstated...you're good to go: I, for one, have at times been attracted to girls much chubbier than I'd guess you would be because they just looked like they were having such a good time, were so sassy, and seemed to have so few issues/baggage (and so have many of my guy friends). So...if I were you I'd go for that look.
Light pink lip gloss, some eye shadow, I think you should try smiling more, you are very pretty, but I think you don't look happy, people like happy people. So smile and for your hair i think you should get a nice bobbed hair do that would accentuate your face better.
You are beautiful.
I really like your eyebrows, big eyes, and lips they are your best features =)
For makeup you should use some black eyeliner and mascara. Some gold eyeshadow would look pretty too. You could try some lip gloss.
Hope I helped :D
What's with the thumbs down? This is my honest opinion
You don't need to improve anything because you're really pretty. Just use some foundation just to even out your skin and use some mascara and then you'd look even better x
Your nostrils are too big.
And open your eyes.
Your nose also looks greasy. Wash your face...
part your hair to the side and maybe cut it some different way
also make up on your eyes and some lipgloss and i think youd be gorgeus
You look okay you don't need to improve anything
wax your eyebrows it looks as if u have a unibrow
open your eyes
smile
:]
eyes - open them
you look tired. other than getting sleep youre fine.

They do grow it, but it sometimes takes them longer to grow it out.
It actually depends, but there's a couple of asians at my school and there's only one that has a mustache. It's actually kind of cool because since he's asian it looks like silk hair.
haven't you seen the movies with the ancient kung fu masters with the beard and goatee? like Pai Mei in Kill Bill

Facial Swelling in Morning? How to get it to go away?
When I wake up in the morning, my cheeks, eyes, and lips are really swollen and they look really ugly! I've read that it's a collection of water from lying down at night. It only last for about an hour or two but is there anything I can do to get it to go away earlier or not happen at all?Facial Swelling in Morning? How to get it to go away?
I've never heard of this before. You might be retaining water because your diet is too salty or you don't drink enough water. Try excerising more during the day and do lots of facial excersizes. Good Luck. If it doesn't go away or improve in a few weeks i'd see the doctor just too she what they say. hope this helps!Facial Swelling in Morning? How to get it to go away?
This sometimes happens to people when they either are not eating properly by not getting enough water and drinking to much soda and coffee,or alcoholic beverages, and by eating a lot of food that is high in salt or fat. Maybe you need to check your eating habits or maybe you need to take a daily vitamin. If nothing else you could check with a Dr, you might not be getting the required amount of sleep your body is requiring either. Good Luck!

Maybe you need to check your eating habits or maybe you need to take a daily vitamin. If nothing else you could check with a Dr, you might not be getting the required amount of sleep your body is requiring either. Good Luck!

What's the secret to perfect facial skin?
Seems like my face is always messed up...pimple here, pimple there, same thing with blemishes and unevenness in the skin tone....let alone the fact that if I don't tan, my skin is a sick pale color. What's the secret to perfect facial skin?
the secret is eating well, and treating your skin gently.
always eat lots of fruits and vegetables, fill with vitamin and minerals skin and hair healthy. drink ALOT ALOT of water, as water is 75 % of your body.
always use cleansers and moisturizers with natural ingredients. stay away from make up and chemicals.
ALWAYS USE SUNSCREEN. sun damage causes premature aging. if u wanna tan, i suggest you get a good spray on tan. it looks the same, and is SSSOOOO much healthier for your skin insteand of killing your skin under a hot sun.
wishing you great skin! What's the secret to perfect facial skin?
you can try using proactiv for your pimples. i find that the stuff works fantastic for me. also drinking lots and lots of water helps your skin look healthier.
There is none.
No one has perfect skin, all the people with clear skin I can guarantee you if they don't wear ten tons of cover up and self tan and whatnot, they've gotten plastic surgery.
Drink 2litres of water each day and eat lots of fruit and vegetables.it seems hard at first but you will get used to it and find yourself becoming more thirsty!also, avoid eating fatty and oily foods. and avoid using creams and products.use a mild facewash and a mild face cream.

What kind of ingredients should i look out for when picking out a facial cleanser to prevent skin irritaion.?
If your skin is sensitive, steer clear of Benzoyl Peroxide, which is in a ton of acne cleansers and medications. Salicylic acid is a gentler effective alternative to use if breakouts are your problem. If you want to stay away from acids and such, Burt's Bees' complete product line is all natural and very gentle on skin. What kind of ingredients should i look out for when picking out a facial cleanser to prevent skin irritaion.?
i have extremely sensitive skin and even had reactions to sensitive skin products-i recently tried Aveeno Ultra Calming foam cleanser and it works great its light and foamy and not irritating at all. What kind of ingredients should i look out for when picking out a facial cleanser to prevent skin irritaion.?

Facial Hair: clean shaven, goatee, or beard, what are your thoughts.?
I usually like to keep a goatee, or a very light beard, but my gf complains all the time. She thinks that I should be clean shaven. I know there is no picture to see, but in general what are your thoughts on facial hair?Facial Hair: clean shaven, goatee, or beard, what are your thoughts.?
i love it when a guy has (like someone else said) a bit of scruff, uhshaven for a bit..hes got the whole hunter-gatherer-manly-man look
i think goatees are HOT, but only if they're not too huge and bushy, then they're just...they're uck :(
as for a beard? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! men with full on beards just look WIERD! no such attraction as the hunter-gatherer scruff, this guy just looks about 15 years older than he is and hobo-ey. just google brad pitt, george clooney and matthew fox all beardyfied and you can see my point! :D
hope this helps :)

It depends on the guy's face and shape.. some can pull of certain things when some men just can't
I love my man with a goatee.... He looks older clean shaved.

any is ok, as long as you do not look unkempt...oh and it might be a ';general rule'; that girls don't like facial hair, (note that is was said that ';girls';) however grown women do not care if you have facial hair, its all about how you make it work for you. personally i think any man can look sexy with or without facial hair depending on how he wears it.
I personally like a goatee best. Beard is good too if well kept.

How to remove pimples without using facial cleanser?
my frend has many pimples on her face.. and shes only 12 yrs old.. what advice can i give to her?How to remove pimples without using facial cleanser?
She needs to see a dermatologist. Youth acne is very common. She needs to watch the food she is eating. It is advised not to bust them because she can cause more to come. I know they are hard to have but if she bust it she may cause scaring and that will be worse. She may just need to let it leave on its own.
If she really want to but it she has to make sure it really come to a head. Keep applying hot then cold to it until it looks ready to pop. and don't use the nails to pop it. Hold it between to fingers and squeeze. Don't force it. It may not be ready to pop. Also make sure the head comes out.
After popping cleanse it with alcohol or peroxide. Oh yeah and ALWAYS make sure the hands are clean before popping...How to remove pimples without using facial cleanser?
use zapzyt...it works wonders...
Have her start a regimin..Cleanse tone and lotion 2 times daily..Tell her to lay off the high carb foods and to keep her dirty fingers and hair off her face!
Give her some proactiv.
But I do suggest that she drinks more than 8 glasses a water a day, and that she gets atleast 8 hours a sleep and take a multivitamin.
pop em or see a derma
pop them
well....first...pop them...then take a q-tip and rub alchol on it and rub it on the pimple...then take a warm rag and wipe your face, it duznt work instantly but she shud start seeing results in 3 to 4 days
..she shud stop eating chocolate and oily foods for awhile if she really wants this to work
For the pimples she has right now try toothpaste regular not the gel kind, put a dab of it on them before bed... She may want to invest in Proactiv it worked for me! All my friends and family use it too!!
Apply toothpaste to each pimple and leave it overnight.
She should really wash her face every morning and every evening.
Besides for that eating oily foods and lots of junk can also cause pimples.
Drinking lots of water and getting a sufficient amount of sleep helps keep the skin clear.
Why doesn't she want to use Cleanser? That's like saying, ';I'm dirty and smell bad, but I don't want to take a shower.'; Wash your face, drink a lot of water, and cut out the fast food and chocolate. It will clear up in no time. And remember, the old saying is true, ';You are what you eat!';
I bet her face is oily.
She can steam her face on a big bowl of hot water and cover her head with a towel. I did that 3-4x a week for 2 weeks and later to 2-3x a week. if her face is dry, 5 minutes and if it's oily,10 minutes.
You just need patience for this but I assure you that it really works.
She's going through puberty so she has to start using a 3-step program like the one from clininique. she should go in for a skin analysis and they can then prescribe the correct products for her skin type. if that doesn't work, then she should see a dermatologist who can prescribe medication if necessary.Your friend will also benefit from using a facial mask containing clay once a week as it will absorb the excess oil in her skin that's causing the break-outs.Other tips: drink lot's of water;eat a lot of fruit %26amp; veg(especially avo); reduce intake of junk food;keep hair away from face as the chemicals used in hair products can cause pimples;use a facial scrub twice a week; cleanse face in the morning and at night before going to bed.
you should get her some tea tree oil pure tea tree oil i used it when i had lots of pimples when i was younger i saw results in just a week
Yes first of all, what you eat can make a difference. But its going to be hard for her to clear up her skin without using some sort of face wash. She needs to wash her face at least twice a day, once in the morning and once at nite before bedtime.
There are alot of great products out there to help with breakouts. But if she doesn't want to use some sort of harsh cleanser, there is a product called ';Purpose'; its found at most department stores such as wal-mart or target. You can also get it at drug stores.
Purpose is a oil free, soap free product that's not harsh on the skin. I would suggest she give that a try, she can purchase it in pump or bar form.
Good luck to your friend, I hope she gets it cleared up. Your a sweet friend for being worried about her and trying to help her out. Good luck again!

Is the gel in the nads facial wand, a wax of some sort?
will using the wand on unibrow (hair not very thick) make it grow back darker and thicker? Is the gel in the nads facial wand, a wax of some sort?
I don't think that it's a kind of wax as you don't have to heat it before applying. But by ripping off the hair from your skin the roots are removed as well, that's why the hair grows back thinner and sometimes even slower. Good luck with that!Is the gel in the nads facial wand, a wax of some sort?
it shouldnt
wax is good for you and makes your hair grow back slower and thinner
shaving on the other hand will make it grow back thicker

Do you learn to love your facial marks as you get older?
this question is for people who hated their very obivious facial mole/birthmark/similar thing, as a teen
Did you learn to love it as you get older
I have a very obvisous mole right above my top lip, and right now I hate it. do you think I should get rid of it or can I learn to like it.Do you learn to love your facial marks as you get older?
Be proud. A mole within 1 cm of the upper lip i a ';beauty mark';. Studies show that these make the person MORE attractive. I think its good to have them--makes you unique in a way.Do you learn to love your facial marks as you get older?
i think you should just start loving it honey because then if you remove it! ppl will talk and be like omg she removed her mole and blah blah blah! besides flaunt it and make it look good:) Report Abuse
Learn to love it now. You risk the slippery slope problem. If you have it removed now, you're basically saying you don't feel good about yourself. In ten years it could be something different, you might want a nose job, or other plastic surgury. As somebody else said, if it bothers somebody else they are a waste of space. With age it will probably be less bothersome, we tend to mellow with age.
Personally, I would get rid of it if I could. It's not going to get any prettier as you get older. In fact, it could get bigger or darker even. Hair could even start growing out of it! Your insurance might even pay for all or part of the removal procedure.
i thunk so, you dont let it bother you and dont care.
i dont have any facial marks, but i do have a bump on my nose, and it used to really upset me to the point where i found it hard to go in shops and things like that, sounds stupid, but now i just dont give a damn if someones going to judge me on the fact that i am imperfect then their a waste of space! dont get rid of it, keep it, it is part of you and you are unique because your you! if you get what i mean so dont let it get to you!
How large is your mole? Is it centered between the edge of the lip and noise? Or closer to the edge of your lip?
The actress Charleen Tilton, check the tv series Dallas... had a little mole at the upper edge of her lip, she was told by a well know celebrity it was sexy and looked like a little piece of chocolate.
If you are lucky the pigment may eventually fade and the mole not be very noticeable.
But if it really really bothers you ask your mom to make you an appoint with a dermatologist to talk about having it removed.
I doubt you'll learn to LOVE them, but they will gradually just become a part of who you are, and the older you get, the more you learn to love yourself.

How do you get rid of facial hair? (for women)?
I noticed hairs on my upper lip as well as the chin/neck area
I want to get rid of it but I don't know what to use
I'm 14 and I think I'm too young for laser hair removal but some people say waxing will make the skin wrinkled and the hairs will grow thicker and some say bleaching isn't good either
I don't want to use Nair because it makes it thicker too
so what should I use?How do you get rid of facial hair? (for women)?
the best thing to do and what i do is just use the good old tweezers. It take more time, but no matter what you do the hair is going to come back. It's going to be thicker and heavier if you use the razor do not shave your face DO NOT. Bleaching will only highlight the hair it might work for a few days but after those few days the hair will go back to being dark again. If you get the right wax waxing is better as well, but tweezing with the tweezers is your best bet. It might be painful for the first few times, but you'll get used to it i can tweeze and do anything else i want while tweezing that's how little it hurts me anymore. . good luck. How do you get rid of facial hair? (for women)?
Don't wax!!! On a sensitive area like the face/neck waxing will remove skin cells from the top layer of skin which is not good.
You can get hair ';threaded'; which is the removal of hair using threads to pull out several hairs at once. I get my eyebrows done and it lasts about 3 weeks, but you can get other facial hair removed the same way. It can cost anywhere from 拢3 to 拢15 and most salons will offer it.
I know Debenhams will do it for 拢13, but I get mine done at a local salon. Its worth finding out if anywhere in your area offers it becasue the hairs take a while to grow back, it hardly hurts (stings a bit first time), it can be really cheap and the more you get it done, the thinner the hair grows back.
Hope I could help.
Do not shave, wax, use hair removal cream or pluck these hairs. They will grow back thicker, particularly at your age where hormones will take huge effect on hair growth. Personally I use Jolen facial bleach and it works just fine for me. Laser hair removal does not need a particular age if these hairs are really bad. Just to be clear, are these hairs thick and dark or light and fluffy? If light and fluffy do not touch them. Everyone has these. If thick and dark, I would certainly say bleach, laser hair removal or electrolysis (the one with a needle and an electric current).
Waxing actually makes your hair come back finer. Not only that but a lot of the hairs don't even come back. It's quick and stops being painful after the first couple of times. The only reason it would cause you to wrinkle is if you were pulling your skin too taught every time you waxed for years and years. Good luck :)
Same situation here... and ppl tease me :(
I pluck them, although it hurts.... i try to bear with the pain and for the upper lip i shave..... Also i have hair on my legs and arms so i use brown tape .... %26lt;= not recommended thou...
I heard in another yahoo answer that shaving doesnt make ur hair thicker, its just that when you cut it, its blunt and it needs time to be pointy... i dunno....
Use the Smooth Away system. Haven't used it myself, but my cousin tried it said it worked for her.
http://www.ontvsmoothaway.ca/?gclid=CNzO鈥?/a>
Use something that is for sensitive skin like a cream,or shave it with an electric razor(a small one) just guessing here
try smooth away but i wouldn't recommend shaving it.

i think plucking

Here in Japan (I am not Japanese tho) lots of women shave their facial hair with special shavers. (like they r for face) I dunno if u have them in ur country.... Bt 14 is ok for shavin so.... hope this helps :-)

Please don't read nothing into this, Your baby will just be fine many passing stages upon birth can be expected. Its very possible the child could be the next Einstein. My newborn makes really strange faces. Sometimes her eyes roll around. How much facial controI is normal?
They do look scarey at times, but thier control is minimal. Soon it will change. They make for some funny face pics tho. I took some good ones.

Does Olay's line of facial cleansers get rid of acne?
I have semi-bad acne on my forhead.
Nothing too bad, but its jsut annoying, and i've pretty much tryed everything.
But does olay work well, to get rid of pimples?Does Olay's line of facial cleansers get rid of acne?
Okay well fix up your diet and use the Olay cleansers. They work SOOOOO good for me. I LOVE it. But if your skin doesn't like it then I reccommend you stop. But like it's really good. I've used the basic complete cleanser. The warming purifying one and the salific acid one? I think that's what it's called. Well they work really good. And I use to use Aveeno and then I switched to the warming Olay one and I used it once before bed and I IMMEDIATELY saw the difference between my skin texture and tone. It really helped cleanse my face. I totally reccommend it. You can also learn more at their site and see which one you prefer.Does Olay's line of facial cleansers get rid of acne?
I kind of semi-clear, except in my cheek areas, but my bumps are skin-colored, anyway, I've used Olay facial wipes before and they're awesome they make my skin feel super soft and smooth, and within a couple of day, some of those pesky bumps are gone, i ran out, and have to get more, but yeah u shuld buy it! my sister has the same exact problem, she's used them they work great for her and prevent acne!
EDIT: if u do buy them, you should cut them in half to make them last longer, you'll see if you buy it what i mean.mineral foundation

What is the best body/facial wax?
There are so many out there. So it would be great 2 hear what most of you use. Oh! %26amp; I have heard about Parissa face/ bikini wax. Anyone ever used it?What is the best body/facial wax?
Depends on what you're waxing. For face, the Sally Hansen lavender wand thing works good. For legs I find the cold pre done strips look best. I can't get up the nerve to do my bikini line w/ wax!

How do i know which facial wash suits me?
are there any way that cud match my skin type with the right facial wash that i shud be using to maintain acne/blackheads(etc.)-free? if i see a dermatologist, does he know exactly what facial wash perfectly suits my skin? i mean, theres nothing perfect but u know what i mean...How do i know which facial wash suits me?
there is such a wide variety of skin products out there and only your dermatologist can know exactly what you need so if you can afford it i highly suggest paying them a visit.
i do have similar skin type to you and i have been using the three step program by clinique and i assure you it works miracles though a bit pricey. if you arent willing to spend that money try the tea tree oil brand by body shop. How do i know which facial wash suits me?
well you can always read the box or back and see what they do and which one cures what you want to be cured!!
well just read it and see which one you like that fits you!!
First look close into the mirror, and try to identify your skin type. Three general types: oily, dry, normal / combination (oily in some parts like the forehead, nose and chin, and dry in the cheek areas). Most facial washes are labeled ';For Oily Skin'; or ';For Normal Skin.'; There are even product lines made especially for men. E.g. Nivea Men. Once you find the products that qualify, try to get samples and try each of them out. You'll surely find a favorite.
You could treat yourself to a consultative facial at good beautician salon, they will examine your skin, let you know what type you are and provide a deep cleanse etc using products suitable for your skin. I treated my 16yr old and she then bought less expensive versions in Boots once she knew what to look for.

How will Tina Fey's facial scar story get twisted into a Sarah Palin bashing?
http://tv.yahoo.com/show/37064/news/urn:…How will Tina Fey's facial scar story get twisted into a Sarah Palin bashing?
Here's the answer from Tina Fey's husband, “It was in, like, the front yard of her house, and somebody who just came up, and she just thought somebody marked her with a pen.”
http://buzznewsroom.com/how-did-tina-fey-get-that-facial-scar/How will Tina Fey's facial scar story get twisted into a Sarah Palin bashing?
That Sarah Palin was stalking Tina Fey and hid in her closet ,then attacked her and also that Sarah Palin is related to Lisa Marie Nowak. The astronaut that stalked her romantic rival for two months before attacking her in a parking lot at Orlando International Airport.
It's such a outlandish lie that I expect it to be reported as breaking news any moment now. Then after it's on the news for a day Tina Fey will swear it's true and write a book telling about it.
SNL skit opens: Palin (Fey) is giving an interview, completely oblivious to the turkeys being slaughtered behind her. One turkey, determined not to die, ';goes rogue'; and attacks Palin's face.
Here's the thing. Palin is her OWN snl skit. It just doesn't get any better than this.
I don't see how one thing has anything to do with the other, unless the same thing somehow happened to Sarah Palin. And the way some liberals are talking, they wouldn't mind seeing that happen.
So you brought this up in the spirit of impartiality and fairness, I'm thinking. I can tell because of the phrase ';liberals bashed.';
I'm also thinking: not at all.
why would it effect Palin at all? It doesn't have anything to do with her.
You are taking a break from playing?
Get back in your sandbox, young man
When will conservatives quit fishing for a reason to bash others?
Oh, and it wasn't a skit. They're called sketches. Sketch comedy. You should put on a sense of humor and try it sometime. It offers less time to criticize.
Questions like this make all level headed Republicans (few as they are) look bad.
Can I have some more thumbs down, please? 6 isn't enough.
And nobody confused Tina Fey with Sarah Palin. Alec Baldwin did it on the show, but it was part of the show. You might have confused the two but nobody else did. People aren't that stupid.
Who cares about either thing? Palin is soon to be a distant memory and Tina Fey's scar is her business, not mine.

omg ur not suppose to shave ur upper lip at all that's only for guys
ur suppose to WAX so next go buy wax at walmart its in the makeup section n wax okayHow to get rid of facial hair? easy 10 pnts!!?
Shaving will make it come back stubbly.
Instead you could get it waxed (seriously DOESN'T hurt) in either a salon (will cost) or use Veet cold wax strips which are formulated for your facial skin, smell good and are sensitive. Plus they come with wipes to remove excess wax.
Bleaching lightens the hair (please only use Jolene facial bleach!) but you may still feel the hair. Plus having it under your nose does smell..
Plucking is okay but is a little time consuming.
Personally, I wax. It's over and done with in a matter of seconds. But do it at night so that you can sleep off the little redness you may get!
Just remember to do it for you not, because someone else tells you to :)
Good luck and feel free to ask me for more advice.
xo
Well when you pluck the hairs that works really well plus it dosent leave a shadow. I have a problem with facial hair too. Also if you put lotion on the area it wont hurt as bad, its generally not that painful though.
OMG PLS PLS dont shave or wax, trust me by the time you know it they will just grow back.
i thread it, common technique used by turks.
seriously thread it, after a while its grows thinner as well.
Try waxing it lasts longer than shaving or bleach not the usual houshold bleach but its especially for hair my sister uses it because she suffers from the same problem is makes your hairs really fair so they are unoticable.xx
Don't shave! It leaves little hairs! Try tweezing it or waxing it! You can try threading..
a BIRTH CONTROL PILL CALLED DIANE HAS A MEDICATION IN IT THAT THINS BODY AND FACIAL HAIR.
you can try bleaching it even though i dont my friend s do and it works out good for them u can by a home bleaching kit
omg your not supposed to shave

Warm steam opens pores on the face; does cool steam close pores on the face?I am purchasing a facial steamer.?
I also want to have the capability to attach a nasal steamer to the device and warm steam my nasal pasages due to chronic sinus infections. Thanks.Warm steam opens pores on the face; does cool steam close pores on the face?I am purchasing a facial steamer.?
cool steam? do you even know what steam is? steam has to be hotter than boiling water by definition. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steam
anyway, you can splash your face with cold water to close your pores.Warm steam opens pores on the face; does cool steam close pores on the face?I am purchasing a facial steamer.?
First, it is a myth that steam open pores and that cold closes them. Steam will soften the hardened keratin cells of the skin, but not open or close pores.
Another thing is the nasal attachment. Although steam can help moisten the nasal canal, bacteria loves warm, moist tissue to grow in. If you do have a sinus or nasal infection, without antibiotics to combat the infestion, you may be making the problem worse.
Jeff
Yes cold water does reclose your pores but try this after doing your facial with the hot steam get a rag and pour cold water then pat on face once done with that use a tone cleanser it will sting a little bit but it cleans your dead skin.
I'd just splash my face with cold water after the warm steam. You could also use a toner after the whole steaming.
As for the chronic sinus infections, people are getting amazing results using a simple Neti pot. See your local drugstore.
always accompany warm steam with cool steam. if the steamer has both warm and cool steam, then do it. if not, after warm steam, wait for a few minutes then splash with cold water
warm steam is good for nasal passage clearing. got for it

Is it true the only facial hair allowed for cops is a mustache?
Yes.
They only allow mustaches. Is it true the only facial hair allowed for cops is a mustache?
It depends on department rules and at times if you are uniform or not. There is no one ';set rule';Is it true the only facial hair allowed for cops is a mustache?
thats odd
prolly depends on the state cuz law enforcement that u probably see in the street is the reserved power for the state...
cops suck *** by the way...
Depends on where you are and what department you are assigned to. Uniformed Officers in my town cannot have any facial hair except mustaches, but detectives can have beards.
Uniformed police, under-cover police could be the Harley-rider next to U at the stop light.
not true if you look closley you will see pubic hair on most cops faces as thier mouths very much resemble asss holes
It all depends on the agency. The agency I work for allows mustaches that dont go past the corners of the mouth or obscure the lips. You can wear a full beard with a medical waiver.
I've seen where agencies that have middle-Eastern men on the force are now allowing turbans and beards, usually in conjunction with religious beliefs.
Plainclothed officers usually have to maintain the same grooming standards as uniformed officers unless they are working undercover and then they are allowed grooming standards that allow them to blend in to the surrounding where they are currently working.

If a man takes testosterone pills or whatever does it changes his facial features ie prominent jaw, brow etc ?
Just wondering out of curiosity, if a man takes testosterone supplements or pills or whatever will it change his facial features ie make him look more masculine, give him a stronger jaw etc
Thanx in advance If a man takes testosterone pills or whatever does it changes his facial features ie prominent jaw, brow etc ?
testosterone effects hair (body and facial), it is what causes the enlarged adams apple but i doubt it would make a noticable difference, and deep voice. so it does effect masculinity but i think the only thing you would notice is more hairIf a man takes testosterone pills or whatever does it changes his facial features ie prominent jaw, brow etc ?
It cannot change bone structure, but it does affect distribution of body fat (men and women put on fat differently) and it increases muscle mass, and can make people more hairy.
It shouldn't alter the shape of his face at all. Only excess growth hormone could do that.hormone

What's the best NATURAL way to get rid of unwanted facial hair?
Get a product that removes hair from your face, like a hair removal cream. Go to your pharmacy and ask them for something. My mother is using a cream that removes her unwanted facial hair and you can't even notice that she had done anything. What's the best NATURAL way to get rid of unwanted facial hair?
Anything you do to remove ANY hair, ANY place, is, by definition, un-natural.
So, take your pick. Me, I'd go for a cream depilatory. What's the best NATURAL way to get rid of unwanted facial hair?
waxing will weaken the hair so it grows back slower. nair is tooo harsh for your skin. tweezing, bleaching, and nair all strengten the hair. cutting the hair to your skin doesn't make the hair stronger. you can have the hair lasored if the hair is dark. that way it is permanet. that way doesn't hurt the skin but is expensive. lasor doesn't work on light colored hair
A review of the various hair removal methods is available at http://tinyurl.com/ob6tt
well I say wax but if that's to much get your self a pair of tweezers and pull them suckers out...they come back but it's the only way.
you can try wax but it hurts
pluck them.
the best way would either be waxing or plucking!! because if you shave it, it only comes back thicker and darker!!!
You can do a homemade sugar wax. Check out a book from the library on natural beauty. Or, there is a facial mitt that you can get from Ulta. Not sure the price.
Threading has been used for centuries in places like India. It is becoming wildly popular here. Waxing can lead to premature wrinkling of the skin and is pretty harsh. Plucking is always an option but when compared to the aesthetic look of threaded eyebrows, etc; it comes in second place. Here is some background info: threading hair is basic to women and girls in India and possibly the Middle East. threading is used on the entire face, including upper lip, chin, eyebrows, sideburns and cheeks. Men and women have it done. it can also be used to shorten hair to give eyebrows a polished look.
Technique: The practitioner holds one end of the cotton thread in her teeth and the other in one hand. The middle is looped through the fingers of the other hand. The practitioner then uses the loop to trap a series of unwanted hairs and pull them from the skin and even to trim hair (as in eyebrows).
Pros: Inexpensive, fast, neat, considered less painful than plucking/waxing for many. Good for eyebrows and facial hair. Results can last up to two to four weeks.
Cons: skin reddening or puffiness for some people
Can't get more 'natural' than that...hope that helps :)
I would wax my facal hair DO NOT SHAVE!!!

What are some homemade facial masks?
Ok i have dry skin so one for that. Also one for acne. Also i need ones that have basic around the house indgredients. What are some homemade facial masks?
Well, for the acne you can actually put toothpaste on the spots to dry them out %26amp; draw out the dirt. But don't put that all over your face because then it will cause dryness. For the dryness, after washing your face with warm water let the warm water stay one your face. If you want to buy a better soap try Cetaphil... works great to clear acne %26amp; soften your skin. What are some homemade facial masks?
Take a little bit of honey and a little bit of brown sugar. It won't smell amazing but it makes your skin feel so good!
This website has a lot of masks for both your symptoms!

i like the honey mask...just spread honey around on ur face and leave it for 20 minutes..then rinse!

Do most guys use facial moisturizer?
I have always used it (Cetaphil or CeraVe) because I thought it was the thing to do. However, I have always had acne and I think it is a result of always having it on my face, like it is a glue blocking the pores. I think my facial skin is now addicted, because If I don't use it, is flakes off. Do the other guys here use moisturizer? I feel like most of my friends don't and they never get acne.Do most guys use facial moisturizer?
everyone gets acne, just some more than others. I am a male and use moisturizer and I am heterosexual in case you were wondering

Why is it ok for guys to have leg, armpit, and facial hair but girls cant?
Do you think its fair and . just cause girls have leg hair des that meen they r unatractive. Why is it ok for guys to have leg, armpit, and facial hair but girls cant?
Actually there is nothing wrong with a female having hairy legs, hairy armpits and/or hairy bikini line. What you have to realize is that there is somebody out here in the world for everybody. You can listen to these 85%er clones if you want to. A lot of these girls talking are smooth anyhow so most don't have anything to shave off of their legs anyway.
Hairy women are sexy if you ask me. Sexy is the appropriate word too because hairy legs on a female means that she has a high level of testosterone. Testosterone is responsible for our sex drives men AND women. So like it or not, when a female feels like having sex, that is a male quality.
Everybody feels sexy from time to time and that's because of testosterone. Many of the females here say hairy legs are unattractive or less feminine, but, when they are done grooming and shaving themselves to look attractive for a man, then what? After they have been chosen by the man, do they think sex is the furthest thing from his mind? It isn't, especially when they have made themselves fragrant and appealing?
After a guy has chosen the female that appeals to him then he must likewise appeal to her, but guess what? If not for testosterone a female would have no desire for the male. If all these ladies were as feminine chemically as they claim, then they wouldn't all go out of their way to try to appeal to a man's senses like they do.
Don't let these bias females get you down. It's not about what they think anyway. A male would ultimately have the last say on what is attractive on a female.
When a woman is really hairy, it really isn't worth the while for her to shave her legs all the time because the hair grows back so fast. These females here have yet to encounter such a problem so they are not qualified nor experienced enough to comment on your situation.
If nothing else, your hairy legs suggest that you like guys a lot. Most guys have a tendency to only want what they can't get, and shun what is most available to them. A guy will tell his friends that he wouldn't be with this girl or that girl, but when their friends aren't around, ALL girls are fair game and do-able.
A woman with hairy legs has to be comfortable with herself. She has to be patient and carry herself with pride. She has to know that SHE is a woman amongst other females who are merely girls. She is amongst girls that do not even realize the depths of their femininity because unfortunately they do not have enough testosterone.
Some women realize that a woman's being is as a womb-man or a woman made from the rib of man. The woman is not an entity altogether different from the man for whom she was made. She is half of him, different from him yet alike at the same time. The man is the head of them both and it is male testosterone in them both that drive them to have sex and fruitfully bear children as the was intended.
Don't fret that you are outnumbered amongst smoother females and don't think that hairy legs are making you unattractive. There are some men out there that don't want anything less than a treasure trail (hair from the navel to the vagina), hairy legs and a hairy pubic area.
Some guys like girls that are shaved all over except for their head, but those girls look like they haven't reached puberty yet. Maybe that would impress R. Kelly since he's into under-aged girls, but mature men prefer mature-looking women.
If you prefer immature, superficial men then you might want to shave, but if you are comfortable with yourself and have enough confidence and maturity about yourself, then you will be fine being hairy until you meet someone who appreciates you for who you are.
Peace. Why is it ok for guys to have leg, armpit, and facial hair but girls cant?
No it's not fair that's why there are feminist because they are out to show the world that they are not only equals but also better in all aspects of love, life, and humanity. We shouldn't have to make any changes to our body to be more pleasing to a man. But unless all women follow the feminist code there will be major competition with the sleek skinned smooth fems who men will constantly want because they are different and soft and smooth. Hair is looked upon as a masculine feature and when most men see women with bodily hair it makes them feel like they have a woman more masculine than themselves. It's like us women who see men with waxed eyebrows, manicure, pedicure, full body wax, long shiny hair we usually think ';dang that guy is hotter than me';..lol. But I don't think it's unattractive it's natural and some men and women find it admirable.
because every guy almost, are sexest bitches and they think women need to do everything and look good doing it.
Well, think about how in France its common that woman don't shave their armpits...
I don't think it's unfair, because you can do whatever you want to do. I prefer my legs looking smooth, and I'm more comfortable without pit hair. It is kind of a society makes you want to do it thing, but ultimately its up to you. Just don't keep mustache hair. Unibrow, doable. Mustache; no.
Because it looks ugly on girls.
most people think so....and it is a little repulsive
not at all... men have hairyness because all us girls know how lazy they are... its enough effort for them to put the toilet seat down in the morning let along spend any time preening!.
Because its natural for them to have hair but hair on us doesnt relle look good
Girls can have hair in all those places, they just might smell different then say a girl who has removed the hair...... Hair on ur legs isn't the end of the world, but I suggest remove all unsightly hair..... Smooth, sexy, and sweet smelling all summer long w/o hair everwhere for me though.....
I personally think it's very unattractive of a girl to have hairt pits or legs.
because girls are supposed to be ';feminine'; and i guess body hair just isn't attractive on girls. But I sort of agree. I mean i think if girls have leg hair %26amp; armpit hair it's kind of gross...but if the world was used to all girls having it i would be thrilled. It's so annoying to have to shave every few days.
its alright for woman to have hair on their legs, armpits, dark moustaches, uni brows, but let me tell you somehting about these features if you keep hair on them.
armpits- girls sweat a alot if you keep the rmpit hair, and then when you sweat, ecspecially after p.e., and you've got that hair, you're going to reack!! guys don't like girls who reak and nobody really wants to hang out with someone who smells.
legs- it's really embarrasing if you keep the hair on your legs, becuase eventually the hair will grow darker, wehter you like it or not, and it will be really embarrasing comparing yourself with other girls who have clean, shaven legs, and they're laughing at you. a.k.a. peer pressure, it can be real harsh at the most times.
dark moustaches- the hair will grow dark where your ';moustache'; is and so, we dye! it's really embarrasing for a girl to be going with a dark place above you lip! it can be seen a mile away!
lastly, uni brows- trust me, people will sooo make fun of you with a uni brow, and with eyebrows that arent shaped and they are just stinking up everywhere *shudders* hate to break it to you, but you won't be attractive!!
so there you go, hope it helped!
oh, by the way, you have to agree with me on this, boys look a WHOLE lot better with these features on them, it makes them more attractive!;)

I've used it for 30 years and I think so too.

I have been taking biotin for my nails for about a month now and I have noticed that the hair on my legs grows more along with the hair on my head. However, I do believe that everyone is different so I guess you just have to try it and see. Hope this helps. Peace.

Water %26amp; Soup seriously
I know you said something cheap but when it comes to my face I will spend money on it. Just in case you want to take a look check out the website below. These are the only products that have worked to keep my complexion clear and I've tried TONS of products.

i tried every acne cleaner, and finally gave up, and tried just a normal face soap. i used neutrogena gentle clenser, it does not have anything that helps prevent or help acne, but it actually helped me! what you really need is a cleaner like that, that just gets the dirt and oil off your face. if you use it twice a day, and use an acne medicine at night, after you wash your face with it, it should clear your skin up real nice! in the meantime, i use neutrogena liquid foundation, all over my face every day, which covers up the ';red'; pimples and other things on my face without looking fake or cakey! seriously, liquid foundation works much better to cover up then powder foundations! hope i helped!

Can someone give me a recipe for a simple facial scrub?
Something that is very simple, with home ingredients for soft, clear skin because store bought facials make my skin very dry...please and thank you! :DCan someone give me a recipe for a simple facial scrub?
Hey Pusd842399,
I know ya just asked for facial but now ya gotta a 3 for 1 deal ! Hope it helps ya out hun! :)
Gretta's Spa Treatments
Facial Masque
1 cucumber
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 egg white
1 Tbsp plain yogurt
2 Tbsp powdered milk
1 Tbsp honey
Blend all ingredients together in food processor. For a two-in-one masque plus exfoliating treatment, add in oatmeal.
Gretta's tip: ';After the masque, pat fresh orange or grapefruit juice into your skin. This will provide you with a radiant glow.';
Hair Masque
1 ripe mango
1 Tbsp plain yogurt
2 egg yolks
Blend together in food processor. Divide hair into sections and paint masque evenly onto hair.
Coconut Foot Treatment
1 tsp honey
2 Tbsp sliced almonds
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 lemon, cut in half
Coarse salt or coarse raw sugar
In a small bowl, combine the honey, almonds and milk. Pour the mixture into a bowl large enough to soak both feet and add hot water. Soak your feet for a few minutes to get them soft, then dip the lemon halves in the salt or sugar and rub them on your feet to exfoliate. Soak your feet for 10 minutes more, and then pat them dry with a towel.

http://www.grettastyle.com/Can someone give me a recipe for a simple facial scrub?
1 C Sugar(as an exfoliant)
1 tsp lemon juice(as an acne control)
and 1/4 C Pomegranate juice(as a moisturizer)
This really depends on your skin type. Seeing as the store ones make your skin dry I am going to bet that you don't suffer from oily skin. Here are some recipes that cater to combination and dry skin types:
Dry Skin:
Mix together 1/4 an advocado and 2 table spoons of honey and apply to face for 15 minutes. Rinse off with a face cloth and water
Combination:
Mix together 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of natural yoghurt. Apply to face and leave 15 minutes. Rinse.
raw honey + sugar = great scrub!
Honey has both moisturizing and antibacterial properties and sugar is pretty gentle as long as you don't rub too hard! I'm pretty sure brown or white sugar is fine. I've used both.
Have you thought of just plain ole soap. Dove? it has moisterizers..
Add to yoghurt some salt and olive oil.i luv it and it works.
To make it richer add some honey....i don't like, but some ppl do
brown sugar and a little bit of salt. olive oil to mix and aloe vera for your skin
its EXCELLENT!!
honey and brown sugar or oatmeal and yogurt (plain)

What is a safe and painless way to remove facial hair for women?
Use a chemical depilatory to get rid of the hair, like Veet or Nair or Epil Stop. Epil Stop also has a great afterwash that will neutralize any of the chemical left on your skin and gets the skin to its natural pH level. No other product like in the marketplace. What is a safe and painless way to remove facial hair for women?
Nair now has a facial hair remover that comes with an applicator built onto the end of the tube. This way, you can remove the facial hair that you want to get rid of, and you don't have to risk getting the solution onto your hands or onto hair that you don't want to rid yourself of. I bought my bottle at Wal-Mart, although I'm sure that its available everywhere. What is a safe and painless way to remove facial hair for women?
go to the doctor he will use lazer and its painless
Laser hair removal is painful but you will only suffer during the four or so sessions that will get rid of your hair permanently. It's worth it and the hair will never grow again.makeup video
