How do i know which facial wash suits me?

are there any way that cud match my skin type with the right facial wash that i shud be using to maintain acne/blackheads(etc.)-free? if i see a dermatologist, does he know exactly what facial wash perfectly suits my skin? i mean, theres nothing perfect but u know what i mean...How do i know which facial wash suits me?
there is such a wide variety of skin products out there and only your dermatologist can know exactly what you need so if you can afford it i highly suggest paying them a visit.


i do have similar skin type to you and i have been using the three step program by clinique and i assure you it works miracles though a bit pricey. if you arent willing to spend that money try the tea tree oil brand by body shop.How do i know which facial wash suits me?

First look close into the mirror, and try to identify your skin type. Three general types: oily, dry, normal / combination (oily in some parts like the forehead, nose and chin, and dry in the cheek areas). Most facial washes are labeled ';For Oily Skin'; or ';For Normal Skin.'; There are even product lines made especially for men. E.g. Nivea Men. Once you find the products that qualify, try to get samples and try each of them out. You'll surely find a favorite.
You could treat yourself to a consultative facial at good beautician salon, they will examine your skin, let you know what type you are and provide a deep cleanse etc using products suitable for your skin. I treated my 16yr old and she then bought less expensive versions in Boots once she knew what to look for.
