Will my facial hair grow back?

1.Well,I cut myself in at least two different areas on my face while shaving. Now,there are barely any facial hair growing there besides the places where I cannot cut myself. Will my facial hair grow back?





2.I know some people tell me that it will grow back,but then why does it take longer for the facial hair in the affected area to grow back?Will my facial hair grow back?
