How to remove pimples without using facial cleanser?

my frend has many pimples on her face.. and shes only 12 yrs old.. what advice can i give to her?How to remove pimples without using facial cleanser?
She needs to see a dermatologist. Youth acne is very common. She needs to watch the food she is eating. It is advised not to bust them because she can cause more to come. I know they are hard to have but if she bust it she may cause scaring and that will be worse. She may just need to let it leave on its own.

If she really want to but it she has to make sure it really come to a head. Keep applying hot then cold to it until it looks ready to pop. and don't use the nails to pop it. Hold it between to fingers and squeeze. Don't force it. It may not be ready to pop. Also make sure the head comes out.

After popping cleanse it with alcohol or peroxide. Oh yeah and ALWAYS make sure the hands are clean before popping...How to remove pimples without using facial cleanser?
use zapzyt...it works wonders...
Have her start a regimin..Cleanse tone and lotion 2 times daily..Tell her to lay off the high carb foods and to keep her dirty fingers and hair off her face!
Give her some proactiv.

But I do suggest that she drinks more than 8 glasses a water a day, and that she gets atleast 8 hours a sleep and take a multivitamin.
pop em or see a derma
pop them
well....first...pop them...then take a q-tip and rub alchol on it and rub it on the pimple...then take a warm rag and wipe your face, it duznt work instantly but she shud start seeing results in 3 to 4 days

..she shud stop eating chocolate and oily foods for awhile if she really wants this to work
For the pimples she has right now try toothpaste regular not the gel kind, put a dab of it on them before bed... She may want to invest in Proactiv it worked for me! All my friends and family use it too!!
Apply toothpaste to each pimple and leave it overnight.

She should really wash her face every morning and every evening.

Besides for that eating oily foods and lots of junk can also cause pimples.

Drinking lots of water and getting a sufficient amount of sleep helps keep the skin clear.
Why doesn't she want to use Cleanser? That's like saying, ';I'm dirty and smell bad, but I don't want to take a shower.'; Wash your face, drink a lot of water, and cut out the fast food and chocolate. It will clear up in no time. And remember, the old saying is true, ';You are what you eat!';
I bet her face is oily.

She can steam her face on a big bowl of hot water and cover her head with a towel. I did that 3-4x a week for 2 weeks and later to 2-3x a week. if her face is dry, 5 minutes and if it's oily,10 minutes.

You just need patience for this but I assure you that it really works.
She's going through puberty so she has to start using a 3-step program like the one from clininique. she should go in for a skin analysis and they can then prescribe the correct products for her skin type. if that doesn't work, then she should see a dermatologist who can prescribe medication if necessary.Your friend will also benefit from using a facial mask containing clay once a week as it will absorb the excess oil in her skin that's causing the break-outs.Other tips: drink lot's of water;eat a lot of fruit %26amp; veg(especially avo); reduce intake of junk food;keep hair away from face as the chemicals used in hair products can cause pimples;use a facial scrub twice a week; cleanse face in the morning and at night before going to bed.
you should get her some tea tree oil pure tea tree oil i used it when i had lots of pimples when i was younger i saw results in just a week
Yes first of all, what you eat can make a difference. But its going to be hard for her to clear up her skin without using some sort of face wash. She needs to wash her face at least twice a day, once in the morning and once at nite before bedtime.

There are alot of great products out there to help with breakouts. But if she doesn't want to use some sort of harsh cleanser, there is a product called ';Purpose'; its found at most department stores such as wal-mart or target. You can also get it at drug stores.

Purpose is a oil free, soap free product that's not harsh on the skin. I would suggest she give that a try, she can purchase it in pump or bar form.

Good luck to your friend, I hope she gets it cleared up. Your a sweet friend for being worried about her and trying to help her out. Good luck again!
