When our facial pores are more open?

i live in a tropical country? may i ask when my pores in the face are more open? is it when i wake up? during noon time? afternoon? nightime?When our facial pores are more open?
I know my pores open up when I put warm water on my face supposedly. And they close if I wash again with cold water after getting out the bacteria with an exfoliating cream.
