Facial hair is a pain in the ***. Girls HATE making love with guys with facial hair. They will not tell you if you have it but they will if you have a clean shave.

when you shave use warm water it helps open up your pores and promotes hair growth(facial)

I heard on a talk show that women can use a qtip to wipe Rogaine across their eyebrows when they mess them up. Maybe that method would help you. Maybe using a bigger surface than a qtip though. Good luck!
Consider yourself blessed: shaving is a nuisance. And, it is not correct that shaving will make your beard grow faster.

You don't know how Lucky you are, Can you imagine terrible that it is to be shaving every single day? That's a curse. Don't rush up your self and start to analyze the advantages of it.

kinda. when you do have facial hair shave. this way itll make the ahir grow back a lil faster and thicker
just shave for no reason whereever you want the hair to grow on your face. it will start growning faster.
