go to the docs and ask if you have a skin condition such as excema etc - if not, use a really good moisturiser - I found a brilliant one recently at Lush - it's called dream creamHow can I cure flaking facial skin?
If your using anything to make ur skin flake like acne stuff then dont use it for a while and use some aloe vera lotion or noxima. It works for me.How can I cure flaking facial skin?
plenty of nivea cream or cocoa butter for extra dry skin from the body shop, also drink plenty of water during the day.
moisturise?
Do use a hydrating moisture wash - pure and natural.
Toner (witch hazel + vitamins)
Creams (that do not contain mineral oil/petroleum)
a mask once a week
exfoliate twice a week.
I suggest Arbonne they make wonderful regimes that have cell turn over PH balanced for all skin types.
make sure that you don't have a skin condition, or anything like that by checking with our doctor. Then just keep washing your face twice a day, followed by day and night moisturiser for those periods of the day. you will eventually find products that suit your skin, but be prepared because it may take a while to find the right ones. Also by a couple of weeks you will notice a difference and have non-flaky, radiant skin!
make sure you drink much water and get vitamins...not enough riboflaven will make skin flake
be sure to get enough oil in your diet and use a soothing lotion or creme on your face
try to put generous amount of moisturizer at night. if you have sensitive skin... water based moisturizer will be a good choice cause it won't clog your pores that will lead to having pimples. at day time try to put suncreen to protect your skin from damaging UV ray. and lastly drink ot of water
use moisturiser
drink 8 glass of water each day
exfoliate your face regularly and use a moisturiser for dry skin, do not use soap on your face!
You have to apply a moisturiser to your face. But, of course, you have to make sure that whatever you are washing your face with isn't causing the flaking. Try something else . There are plenty of products on the market. Go to Boots and speak to an assistant there, he/'she will be able to recommend a product suitable for your skin condition. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of water this helps to keep your skin clear of blemishes.
Exfoliate and moisturise. Drink more water.
