I've had incredible results simply massaging with olive oil. Does not clog and, cause breakouts and surprisingly, it lessen skin's over production of oils. Quickly and permanently rid me of acne and healed ALL of my many (some severe) skin conditions and removed all blemishes and even scars and gave me a totally clear, healthy and radiant skin.
I found if vigorously massaged into skin it was even more effective. In just a few days you will start seeing results. Skin will start clearing and will tighten, look and feel smoother and firmer.
If focus massage on any scars, blemishes this will greatly minimize them. Overtime massage will rid face of them all.
Oils are perfect moisturizers. Do not remove. Simply splash face with water and dab dry with tissues. Does not leave face looking oily.

SOURCE(S): 20+ years extensive research seeking safe natural treatments/cures for skin conditions, skin enhancement and anti aging/rejuvenationIs it a good idea to apply Olive oil on the face every night before bedtime? Will this help the facial skin?
I've tried using Olive oil before as an acne treatment, but it didn't do anything, if anything, it made it worse.
What is working pretty good for me(besides the random pimple here and there) I use Purpose by Johnson and Johnson, it's a very light, not drying or irritating cleanser that is so light but good working, you can completly take off heavy mascara or eyeliner and it won't sting your eyes or anything. Then, I just do a spot treatment on pimples (any kind will do, even like CVS generic brand), and then put on a non-oily skin moisturizer. I have oily skin, but my skin also gets flaky, so I moisturize, just with the non-oily kind.
During the day, for makeup, I use Neutrogena's concealer, because it has salycidic acid in it, so it further prevents the pimples.
Hope this works for you!
PS- you have to wait about a week or two, maybe more, to see results, with acne you have to give it time, you can't get rid of pimples over night. Is it a good idea to apply Olive oil on the face every night before bedtime? Will this help the facial skin?
I apply almond oil mixed with sorbelene cream every night as I have extremely dry skin. Commerical moisturizers only soak into the dead layer of skin sitting on top whereas oils such as almond and advocado penetrate down further.
This will block your pores if you have normal skin so I suggest using it as a mask then rinsing with water after 20 mins as by then your skin has absorbed what it needs and the rest can just be washed off.
Plant oils are very good at preveting aging and hydrating but they do not repair the skin so if you have an wrinkles or blemishes you need to use a cream with antioxidants, vitamin E ect.
Also olive oil does not absorb as much as advocado and almond :)
Olive oil is acctually very good for your skin because it is a good moisturizer. It`s use goes back as far as 2000 BCE in the Roman Bath houses. Believe it or not, olive oil does not clog pores. Some people have had great results with it, but it truly depends on your skin. Give it a try for a few nights. If it works, go for it. If it gives you negative results, thats fine. Everyone differs. There is a good chance that you will have good results.
I WOULD ADVISE YOU NOT TO PUT OLIVE OIL OR ANY KIND OF OIL AT NIGHT BECAUSE YOUR SKIN NEEDS TO BREATH AT NIGHT NO MATTER IF YOUR SKIN IS DRY.
AT NIGHT SKIN AUTOMATICALLY HEALS PIMPLE AND BRINGS GLOW SO I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TO CLEANSE-TONE-MOISTURIZE(LIGHT MOISTERIZER) ON YOUR SKIN BEFORE SLEEPING.IF YOU HAVE OILY SKIN SKIP MOISTERIZER.
YOU CAN INCLUDE OLIVE OIL IN YOUR DIET.
It just makes your skins oily and break out...
